How do we estimate your potential revenue?
We split on a 50/50 basis! Nannybag pays you in full transparency: you will receive 50% of the bill for each bag kept, based on a rate of €6 per day and per bag. For example: For a suitcase kept for 5 days, the client will pay 30€ (5 days x €6). As a Nanny, you will receive 15 €.

How do I know when a customer is arriving and how much luggage will be dropped off?
As soon as a reservation is placed in your facility, you will receive an email notifying you of the number of luggage items to be stored and indicating the times at which the customer will be able to drop off and pick up their belongings. Our customer service is available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
As a Nannybag partner, how much do I earn on a booking?
It's very simple: you get half on every booking! Regardless of the amount of the reservation, we pay you 50%, which you receive by bank transfer at the end of each month.

Is Nannybag a secure service?
Security is part of our job. For each reservation, presentation of an ID is required. If a third party has been indicated to pick up the luggage, this person will also be required to show identification at the time of pick-up. Each customer also benefits from a coverage of up to €10000 per baggage in case of loss, breakage or theft. This protection is included in the fare, which has no hidden costs. The booking process also complies with security regulations: secure payment is made online before the arrival of each customer, which simplifies processing of Nannybag customers.
How do I manage bookings?
To manage your bookings, simply log into your Nannybag account and select "My bookings" from the menu. What happens if travellers cancel or change a reservation?
Unexpected events can occur, thus causing travelers to cancel or change their reservations. Here's what you can expect in these cases:
If a traveler cancels their reservation before the drop-off time, they will receive a full refund.
If a traveler changes their reservation before their drop-off time, you will receive a summary email with the changes made by the traveler and your expected earnings. This change may include an extension of storage time or the addition of a luggage item. Whatever the type of modification, the reservation always considers your terms (opening hours and storage capacity).

How do I get my money?
