Platform 9¾ at King's Cross Station

Get your camera ready for this infamous photo op. Located in Kings Cross Station/ St. Pancreas, it’s one of the most convenient attractions to visit. As you arrive at the iconic station, keep your eyes peeled for the enchanting sight of the half-disappeared luggage trolley embedded in the wall.

If you don’t see the platform, you can look for a queue- but don’t worry, it goes by fast. After you “dash” through the platform, check out the gift shop to bring home some souvenirs. Make sure to visit Platform 9¾ during a station transfer or if you find some spare time before your Eurostar departure.

Harry Potter Walking Tour

If you’re looking to get some steps in, a Harry Potter walking tour is what you need. You can do it yourself or book a free walking tour online. On this walk, you’ll see the Ministry of Magic building up close and stand on the bridge that death eaters destroyed.

Many of the locations are within walking distance from each other, but others might be more accessible via tube. London has a rich history connected to Harry Potter. After the tour, you’ll be sure to gain a deeper understanding of the connections between the real world and the magical realm.

The Cauldron Pub

Welcome to the Cauldron Pub, the magical pub that will make all of your wizarding dreams come to life via wand and alcohol. Learn the art of mixology in a unique manner as you immerse yourself in the magic. Upon entering, you have bestowed a cloak and a welcome drink that you’ll pour with your wand. Magical innit?

After that, you are seated at a wand-interactive workstation where you will learn how to brew two molecular cocktails (or mocktails). The standard ticket includes three drinks, and the whole experience lasts just under two hours. The cauldron is inclusive to all and welcomes all ages & all dietary restrictions as well. And if you want to sip and not participate in the course, you can also do that!

The two designers- Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima- are the masterminds behind the infamous designs in the series. From the acceptance letters we all yearned to receive when we were 11 to Marauder’s detailed map of Hogwarts. Many prints and exclusive designs can be found here. So admire the memorabilia and take your time to roam freely.
